2. Vesicles

Eventually, the elevated red spots that grow on the body can accumulate fluid in them and develop into tiny yellow blisters or vesicles. The fluid inside them will buildup gradually and will press against the wall of the spots. When this happens, the blisters or vesicles will rupture and will develop into an open sore.

Once the fluid dries up, the spots will form into a crust. Due to the extremely itchy nature of the vesicles, the patient can not resist scratching them. This is why it is very important for patients to always keep their nails clean and trimmed at all times. As much as possible, scratching should be avoided at all costs since it will only spread the infection even further.
