Greek yogurt is great for satisfying your taste buds. Rememeber to only take it plain without the flavors as the flavors will increase the sugar and calorie content in your yogurts. If you miss having ice cream, put your yogurts in the refridgerator and have it cold. It is an overall great snack for people with diabetes.
Tip: Add in spices like cinnamon or nutmeg to increase the flavors!
