Everybody loves popcorn and the good news is popcorn makes a hearty snack for diabetics. Popcorn is easy to make and it is packed with fiber and even antioxidants! Who ever knew about that! The best part of popcorn is that it is pretty light hence you can take quite alot of them. Stay away from the flavored popcorn though.
Tip: Air popped popcorn is good but you can use olive oil to cook them as an alternative.
