Basics To Get Started

This diet focuses around foods like fruits, vegetables, whole grains, seeds and nuts. It might seem limiting at first look but there is much diversity in it. It can obviously be a huge challenge to replace your entire meat diet, but take it easy on the transition. Start by replacing your meat and seafood with whole grains such as brown rice, quinoa or corn. Legumes make a fantastic meat replacement as well. You will soon realise the great flavors you can still get by having a vegetarian diet!
