pee

Transparent: Is your pee clear? If yes, it means you're drinking water excessively. This can dilute the salts in your body. However, this is no cause for real worry unless you're forcing yourself to drink much more than you need.

Pale yellow: If your pee is pale yellow, it means that you're drinking the right amount of water. Keep up the good work.

Amber or golden: If the color of your pee is slightly darker yellow, like amber or golden, it means you are not drinking enough water. You need to drink more fluids.

Syrup or Brown ale: Shades of brown in your urine can mean that you're extremely dehydrated. However, on a negative note, brown urine can also mean that there's something wrong with your liver. In fact, brown urine points to the fact that you could suffer from liver or bile disease. This can be found out by doing a urine test. Speak to your doctor about this.
