Fish Intake May Increase Diabetes Risk, According to Meta-analyses

In the last couple of years, six different meta-analyses have been written to establish the relationship between fish consumption and type 2 diabetes. It was found that the intake of fish can lead to an increased risk of type 2 diabetes or possibly worsen the condition of type 2 diabetics. As fish is generally seen as a healthier choice of protein as compared to poultry, many were shocked with the results that were published.
