Do you feel lethargic most of the time?


Besides a poor diet or physical exertion, lethargy also indicates the first sign of any illness. In the case of common illness, the fatigue last a few days or until full recovery. However, persistent lethargy over weeks or even months is often associated with psychological disorder, especially when one has no other medical history.

A person going through chronic depression tend to feel exhausted and weak all the time. They find it hard to be awake and drag themselves to continue with the day in school or work. Even simple routines such as eating or getting dressed seems exhausting.
