Use Hot/ Cold Therapy (Easy Treatment)

These are simple and VERY effective treatments that can relief arthritis pain when used appropriately. First, understand when to use hot and cold therapies. Hot therapy is useful to keep your joints loose and also helps to ease your stiff joints. Take a warm shower in the morning and use a heating pad at night before you sleep.

Use cold therapies only when you encounter joint pain and aches. Ice packs do the job and it can help relief pain quickly.

Tip: You can do them as you feel you need them!
